The role includes overseeing wellness programs, spa and fitness services, managing team performance, driving revenue growth, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring all wellness facilities operate efficiently while meeting the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in wellness, spa, fitness, or hospitality management, preferably within a luxury resort or wellness destination. Strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in wellness program management, team development, revenue generation, and guest experience enhancement is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for health, wellbeing, and luxury hospitality are essential.
