Job Description
Manage the receiving, checking and storage of hotel goods, supplies and deliveries to ensure quantities and quality match purchase orders. Maintain accurate receiving records, organise storerooms and issue stock to hotel departments according to established procedures. Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting and operational teams to maintain effective inventory control.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Store & Receiving Officer, Storekeeper or Receiving Clerk in a hotel or resort is preferred. Good knowledge of inventory control, receiving procedures, stock management and basic computer systems is required. Must be organised, accurate and reliable with strong attention to detail.
