Job Description
We are looking for a Sport & Recreation Manager to lead and oversee all sports, fitness, and recreational activities while delivering exceptional experiences for guests of all ages. The role includes managing recreational facilities, planning and organizing activities and events, supervising the recreation team, ensuring guest safety, maintaining equipment and facilities, developing activity programs, and working closely with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and increase recreational revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sports, recreation, or leisure management, preferably within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Experience in activity planning, team management, guest engagement, and health and safety procedures is required. A passion for fitness and recreation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, are essential. Good English communication skills are required.
