Job Description
Provide professional spa treatments and wellness services, ensuring guests enjoy a relaxing, personalised and memorable experience. Perform Thai massage, aromatherapy, body treatments, facials and other spa services according to established treatment procedures and hotel standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and guest comfort, prepare treatment rooms and ensure spa equipment and products are properly maintained. Recommend suitable treatments and spa products while supporting guest satisfaction and spa revenue.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist within a hotel, resort or professional spa is preferred. Good knowledge of Thai massage, aromatherapy, body treatments, spa techniques and hygiene standards is essential. A recognised spa or massage therapy certification is preferred. Basic English communication and guest service skills are required, together with a professional appearance, positive attitude, attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest comfort and well-being.
