Job Description
Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors and property by conducting regular patrols and monitoring hotel premises. Control access to designated areas, monitor CCTV systems, respond to security incidents and emergencies, and report suspicious activities or safety hazards. Assist with emergency procedures, maintain accurate security records and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Officer or Security Guard within a hotel, resort or similar environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of security procedures, CCTV monitoring, fire safety, emergency response and incident reporting is an advantage. Must be physically fit, alert, reliable and disciplined, with good communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
