Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to promote a safe and healthy working environment while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. The Safety Officer will conduct workplace inspections, identify and assess safety risks, investigate incidents, implement safety policies and procedures, deliver health and safety training, maintain safety records, and work closely with all departments to ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and legal requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Safety Officer within a hotel, resort, or similar industry. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety practices is essential. Relevant safety certifications and experience in conducting safety audits and training programs are preferred. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are required. Good English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are an advantage.
