Job Description
Welcome guests to the restaurant, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. Coordinate table availability with the service team and assist with guest enquiries and special requests. Maintain an organised reception area while providing warm and professional hospitality.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a guest-facing hotel, resort or restaurant role is preferred. Good English communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are required. Must be well-groomed, service-minded and confident communicating with Thai and international guests.
