Job Description
Supervise restaurant service during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations, efficient service and high guest satisfaction. Lead and support the service team, coordinate with the kitchen, manage table arrangements and handle guest requests promptly. Support upselling, opening and closing procedures and ensure restaurant service standards are consistently maintained.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, F&B Captain or senior Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is preferred. Good knowledge of food and beverage service, guest relations and restaurant operations is required. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential, with a professional and service-minded attitude.
