Job Description
Lead the day-to-day operations of Homm Bliss Southbeach Patong, ensuring strong guest satisfaction, service standards and overall hotel performance. Oversee Rooms, F&B and supporting departments while driving revenue, cost control and operational efficiency. Lead and develop the management team while ensuring brand standards and business objectives are consistently achieved.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, EAM or senior operations leader within an international hotel or resort is required. Strong leadership, financial management, guest relations and commercial awareness are essential, together with good English communication skills. Experience managing a Phuket or Thailand hotel operation and leading multicultural teams is highly desirable.
