Job Description
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to manage room reservations and provide professional support to guests, travel agents, and business partners while ensuring accurate booking management and excellent customer service. The role includes handling reservation enquiries, processing bookings, updating reservation systems, monitoring room availability, coordinating with operational departments, and maintaining accurate reservation records to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in reservations, front office, customer service, or hospitality operations. Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with hotel reservation systems, PMS, and OTA platforms is preferred. Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are required.
