Job Description
Supervise the cleaning and upkeep of hotel public areas, including the lobby, restaurants, corridors, restrooms and guest facilities. Inspect assigned areas, coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained throughout the hotel. Lead Public Area Attendants and follow up on maintenance, cleanliness and guest-related issues.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Public Area Supervisor or senior housekeeping team member in a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of public area cleaning standards, equipment and housekeeping procedures is essential. Must have good leadership, organisational and team supervision skills with strong attention to detail.
