Job Description
We are looking for a Public Area Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of all public areas throughout the hotel. The Public Area Supervisor will supervise the Public Area team, conduct routine inspections, assign daily tasks, monitor cleaning standards, coordinate with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments, and ensure all public spaces are safe, clean, and welcoming while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping or public area operations, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, housekeeping standards, health and safety regulations, and team supervision is required. Attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and good English communication skills are an advantage.
