Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Pool Attendant to ensure guests enjoy a safe, clean, and relaxing pool experience. The Pool Attendant will prepare and maintain the pool area, arrange sun loungers and umbrellas, provide towels, assist guests with requests, monitor cleanliness and safety standards, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver excellent guest service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Pool Attendant or in a guest service role within a hotel or resort, although motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates should be attentive to pool safety, cleanliness, and guest needs and be comfortable working outdoors. Good English communication skills and First Aid or CPR training are an advantage.
