Job Description
Provide attentive guest service throughout the night, assisting with late arrivals, guest requests and any overnight concerns. Monitor resort areas, coordinate with Front Office, Security and other overnight teams, and ensure guest issues are followed up promptly. Maintain a welcoming presence and support smooth resort operations until the morning handover.
Requirements
Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or a similar guest-facing hotel or resort role is preferred. Good English communication, guest handling and problem-solving skills are required. Must be reliable, service-minded and comfortable working permanent night shifts.
