Job Description
Prepare and serve creative cocktails, signature drinks and classic beverages to hotel standards. Engage with guests, recommend beverages and ensure consistent presentation, taste and quality. Support cocktail menu development, bar setup, stock control and daily bar operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Mixologist or experienced Bartender in a hotel, resort or quality cocktail bar is preferred. Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, mixology techniques and beverage presentation is required. Must be creative, service-minded and confident communicating with Thai and international guests.
