Job Description
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. The role includes supervising Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, assigning daily tasks, monitoring housekeeping standards, reporting maintenance issues, managing inventories and supplies, and assisting with the training and development of housekeeping staff.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. The ability to supervise a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is required. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service are essential. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
