Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise Room Attendants and Public Area staff, inspect guest rooms and hotel areas, assign daily tasks, monitor cleaning standards, report maintenance issues, manage housekeeping supplies, and assist with staff training to ensure efficient hotel operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of room inspections, cleaning procedures, housekeeping standards, inventory control, and health and safety practices is required. Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
