Job Description
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. The role includes managing daily housekeeping operations, supervising and developing the housekeeping team, maintaining guest rooms and public areas, controlling departmental budgets and inventories, coordinating with other departments, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Housekeeping management role within a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Experience in housekeeping operations, team management, budgeting, inventory control, and quality assurance is required. A thorough understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards is essential. Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
