Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Service Ambassador to create a warm and memorable first impression by delivering exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey. The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, responding to guest enquiries, coordinating with other departments, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and seamless experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in guest service, Front Office, or hospitality, although enthusiastic candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. A friendly personality, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences are required. Good English communication skills are essential, and additional language skills are an advantage.
