Job Description
เรากำลังมองหา พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้า (Guest Service Agent) ที่มีใจรักงานบริการ เพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้แก่แขกตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงเช็คเอาท์ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึงการต้อนรับและให้ข้อมูลแก่แขก ดำเนินการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ รับชำระเงิน ดูแลคำขอและข้อร้องเรียน ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่แขก
Requirements
ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Front Office, Guest Service หรืองานต้อนรับในโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ท จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้า การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหา หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ PMS หรือระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรม จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
