We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide professional and friendly front office service while ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, assisting guests with enquiries and requests, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high service standards at all times.
