Job Description
Supervise daily gardening and landscaping operations across the hotel or resort grounds to maintain attractive and well-kept outdoor areas. Lead the gardening team, plan planting and maintenance schedules, and oversee lawns, trees, plants and irrigation systems. Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to ensure landscaping standards are consistently maintained.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Gardener Supervisor, Landscape Supervisor or senior Gardener in a hotel, resort or large property is preferred. Good knowledge of tropical plants, landscaping, irrigation, pruning and garden maintenance is required. Strong team supervision, planning and practical gardening skills are essential.
