Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. The role includes supervising restaurant and bar staff, maintaining service standards, assisting with staff training and scheduling, handling guest enquiries and complaints, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments, monitoring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the achievement of departmental goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a hotel, resort, or restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in restaurant operations, team supervision, and service quality management is required. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential. Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
