Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and service-minded Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver excellent dining experiences across our hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets. The Food & Beverage Attendant will welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, respond to guest requests, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, and work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in food and beverage service, restaurants, hotels, or resorts, although motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Knowledge of restaurant service, food safety and hygiene standards, and POS systems is an advantage. Good English communication skills, a positive attitude, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
