Job Description
We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors and ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness. The role includes supervising Room Attendants, conducting room inspections, coordinating room status updates with the Front Office, handling guest requests, and ensuring smooth housekeeping operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibility within a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Attention to detail, knowledge of housekeeping standards, room inspection procedures, and the ability to manage teams effectively are required. The ability to work under pressure, maintain high quality standards, and deliver excellent guest service is essential.
