Job Description
Supervise daily Housekeeping operations on assigned guest room floors, ensuring rooms, corridors and service areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Inspect completed rooms, monitor room status and coordinate guest requests and maintenance issues with relevant departments. Lead and support Room Attendants to ensure rooms are completed efficiently and ready for guest arrival.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Room Attendant within a hotel or resort is preferred. Strong knowledge of room inspection, cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and Housekeeping operations is required. Good leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential, together with strong attention to detail and a service-minded attitude.
