Job Description
Maximise group, meeting and event sales revenue at Dusit Thani Bangkok by responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and converting business opportunities. Act as the key liaison between clients, meeting planners and hotel operations, coordinating closely with relevant departments to ensure events are executed smoothly and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ catering or sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment. A strong understanding of the luxury hotel market is required, together with excellent written and spoken English. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and a professional approach when working with clients and hotel teams.
