Pullman Khao Lak Resort is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead all human resources and talent development functions while building a strong, positive, and high-performing workplace culture. The role will focus on positioning the hotel as an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee manpower planning, payroll budgeting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation. The role also includes supervising the training department to ensure all learning and development activities align with operational needs and brand standards.
The Director of People & Culture will play a key leadership role in promoting company values, creating a fair and inclusive working environment, and supporting long-term organisational growth through people-focused strategies.
ความต้องการ
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior People & Culture or Human Resources leadership role within hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of employee relations, Thai labour law, performance management systems, recruitment strategy, and organisational development is essential.
Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong workplace culture and employee engagement. Experience managing training and development functions, manpower planning, and payroll budgeting is highly preferred.
Fluent spoken Thai is essential for this position, along with strong English communication skills. Experience working with international hotel brands is an advantage.
