Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and financial control across the hotel. The role includes managing month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, supervising accounting staff, overseeing audits, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous accounting leadership experience within hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and audit processes is essential. Experience using hotel PMS, POS systems, and Microsoft Office is required. Strong analytical, organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity.
