Job Description
We are looking for a Carpenter to carry out carpentry, repair, and maintenance work throughout the hotel to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role includes repairing and installing wooden furniture, doors, windows, fixtures, and fittings, performing preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, coordinating with the Engineering team, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Carpenter, preferably within a hotel, resort, or commercial property. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and repair methods is essential. The ability to read basic drawings, work independently, and complete maintenance tasks to a high standard is required. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is an advantage.
