Job Description
Supervise daily food and beverage service within the assigned restaurant or outlet, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service standards. Lead Waiters and F&B Attendants during shifts, coordinate with the kitchen and handle guest requests or service issues. Support table setup, order accuracy, upselling and opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as an F&B Captain, Restaurant Captain or senior Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant is preferred. Good knowledge of food and beverage service, guest handling and basic team supervision is required. Good English communication, leadership and service skills are essential.
