Job Description
Lead all beverage operations at Banyan Tree Bangkok, ensuring smooth service, strong guest satisfaction and consistent luxury hotel standards. Manage and develop the beverage team while driving sales, controlling costs and maximising profitability across beverage outlets. Oversee staffing, training, service standards and compliance with established F&B procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of beverage experience in luxury hotels, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, is required. A relevant hospitality degree is preferred, with Sommelier, WSET or recognised mixology certification an advantage. Strong beverage knowledge, leadership, planning and team development skills are essential.
