Job Description
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and service standards. Provide friendly and attentive bar service, recommend beverages and engage with guests to create an enjoyable experience. Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar while supporting inventory control, beverage upselling, stock rotation and opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender within a hotel, resort, restaurant or quality bar is preferred. Good knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, spirits, wines, beverage presentation and bar operations is required. Good English communication and guest service skills are essential, together with a professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork and the ability to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
