Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional beverage service and guest satisfaction. The Bar Supervisor will supervise and develop the bar team, maintain service and hygiene standards, monitor beverage quality and presentation, manage stock and inventory, control costs and wastage, handle guest feedback, and support promotions and upselling initiatives to drive bar revenue and profitability.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Bartender, or similar F&B supervisory role within a hotel, resort, restaurant, or bar. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beverage service, inventory control, and bar operations is required. Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills are essential. Good English communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
