Job Description
We are looking for a Banquet Manager - Bangkok Convention Center to oversee all banquet and event operations while ensuring exceptional service standards and successful event execution. The role includes managing banquet teams, coordinating conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events, liaising with clients and internal departments, monitoring service quality, controlling operational costs, and ensuring seamless event delivery from planning through execution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous banquet management experience within hotels, convention centers, or large-scale event venues. Strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in event planning, banquet operations, team management, and client relationship management is required. The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, work under pressure, and maintain high service standards is essential. Good English communication skills are preferred.
