Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Manager in overseeing all security operations and ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets. The role includes supervising security personnel, monitoring security procedures, conducting investigations, responding to incidents and emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the property.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in security, loss prevention, or safety management within a hotel, resort, or related industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, incident investigation, and safety regulations is required. The ability to work under pressure, manage teams effectively, and respond efficiently to emergencies is essential. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
