Job Description
เรากำลังมองหา ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกรักษาความปลอดภัย (Assistant Security Manager) เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารงานด้านความปลอดภัยภายในโรงแรม ดูแลความปลอดภัยของแขก พนักงาน และทรัพย์สิน หน้าที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึงการควบคุมทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย ตรวจตราพื้นที่ ป้องกันการสูญเสีย ตรวจสอบเหตุการณ์และจัดทำรายงาน ดูแลมาตรการฉุกเฉิน อัคคีภัย และความปลอดภัย พร้อมประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและนโยบายของโรงแรม

Requirements
ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ด้าน งานรักษาความปลอดภัย (Security), Loss Prevention หรือ Safety ในโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ท โดยมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะการบริหารทีม การแก้ไขปัญหา และการรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉิน มีความรู้ด้าน Fire & Life Safety และมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและตัดสินใจภายใต้ความกดดันได้ หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
