Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving business development and increasing hotel revenue across key market segments. The role includes managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales calls and site inspections, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of the hotel’s sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related sales role, preferably with supervisory responsibility. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in account management, sales planning, and business development is preferred. Good English communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment are required.
