Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Guest Relations (Amari Host) to deliver a warm, engaging, and personalised guest experience while serving as a key point of contact throughout the guest journey. The role includes actively interacting with guests, providing hotel and destination information, coordinating special arrangements, handling guest feedback, and ensuring guests enjoy a convenient, relaxing, and memorable stay. The successful candidate will help enhance guest satisfaction through professional service and meaningful guest engagement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of advanced front office and supervisory experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment, preferably in a luxury 5-star hotel. Strong communication, guest relations, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to create positive guest experiences and maintain high service standards. Excellent English communication skills and a professional, service-oriented personality are required.
