Job Description
Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars and other food and beverage outlets. Supervise service teams, maintain service standards and handle guest requests while supporting revenue generation and cost control. Coordinate closely with Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth F&B operations and strong guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, Outlet Manager or F&B Supervisor in a hotel or resort is required. Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, team leadership, guest service and cost control is essential. Good English communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are required.
