Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Catering & Banquet Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events, meetings, conferences, weddings, and special functions. The role includes supervising banquet operations, coordinating with clients and hotel departments, ensuring service standards are maintained, assisting with staff scheduling and training, and supporting the successful delivery of all catering and banquet events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in banquet operations, catering services, or food and beverage management within a hotel or event venue. Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in event coordination, team supervision, and guest relations is preferred. Good English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple events while working under pressure are required.
