Job Description
We are looking for an organised and professional Administrative Assistant to the Hotel Manager to provide administrative and operational support to the Hotel Manager’s office. The role includes managing schedules and meetings, preparing reports, correspondence and presentations, taking meeting minutes, coordinating with hotel departments, following up on operational tasks and projects, maintaining confidential records, and supporting effective communication between management and department heads.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel administration, executive support, or hospitality operations, preferably within a hotel or resort. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report preparation, document management, and meeting coordination is required. Excellent written and spoken English, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment are essential.
