Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The Waiter / Waitress will welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, respond to guest requests, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, and work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a food and beverage service role within a hotel, resort, or restaurant, although enthusiastic candidates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and POS systems is an advantage. Good English communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment are required.
