Job Description
We are seeking an energetic Sport and Recreation Manager to lead our hotel's leisure, fitness, and activities program and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages. You will manage the recreation team, plan daily activity schedules, and oversee the gym, pools, water sports, and kids' club with a strong focus on guest safety and satisfaction. This role suits a dynamic, guest-focused leader who can grow participation, drive activity revenue, and bring fresh ideas to the resort experience.
Requirements
You need at least 3 years of experience in hotel or resort recreation, sports, or leisure operations, including time in a supervisory or management role. Fluent English, strong leadership and organisational skills, and valid first aid, CPR, or lifeguard certification are essential, with additional languages and sports qualifications an advantage. You must be outgoing, physically active, and flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
