Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Spa Trainer, Senior Therapist, or Spa Supervisor within hospitality or wellness operations. Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and guest service standards is essential. Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills are required. Relevant spa certifications and the ability to develop team performance and service quality are highly desirable.
