We are looking for a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences through the delivery of high-quality treatments and service standards. The role includes supervising spa therapists and attendants, coordinating appointments, maintaining treatment and hygiene standards, assisting with guest enquiries, and supporting the Spa Manager in achieving operational and revenue goals.
