Job Description
Supervise daily spa operations to ensure professional treatments, smooth appointment scheduling and consistently high guest service standards. Support and guide Spa Therapists and reception staff while monitoring treatment rooms, hygiene, supplies and guest feedback. Assist with treatment and product sales, team training and overall spa performance.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Spa Supervisor or senior Spa Therapist within a hotel, resort or established spa is preferred. Strong knowledge of spa treatments, hygiene standards, guest service and team supervision is required. Good English communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential.
