Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Spa Supervisor to support the daily operation of the hotel spa and ensure exceptional wellness experiences for our guests. The role includes supervising Spa Therapists and attendants, coordinating treatment schedules, maintaining service and hygiene standards, handling guest enquiries and feedback, monitoring spa products and inventory, supporting staff training, and promoting spa treatments and retail products to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Spa Therapist, or similar role within a hotel, resort, or wellness spa. Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, hygiene standards, and guest service is essential. Good leadership, communication, organisational, and sales skills are required. Experience with spa booking systems, inventory control, and staff supervision is an advantage. Good English communication skills and professional grooming are essential.
