Job Description
We are looking for a professional and guest-focused individual to join our spa team, responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality experience from arrival to departure. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests in a warm and attentive manner, managing bookings and coordinating therapist schedules to ensure smooth daily operations, and handling payments while maintaining accurate guest records. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to provide massage and treatment services when needed, ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard. Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the spa environment is also a key part of this role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. They should be comfortable handling bookings and basic administrative tasks while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Candidates who will be providing treatments must hold relevant massage or therapy certifications, and all applicants should be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
