Job Description
Drive wedding, catering and social event sales by developing new business opportunities and managing enquiries from initial contact through confirmation. Prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, negotiate packages and coordinate event requirements with clients and hotel operational teams. Build relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients and event partners while achieving catering revenue targets and maximising upselling opportunities.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Wedding Sales Manager, Catering Sales Manager or similar hotel events role is required. Strong knowledge of weddings, banquets, catering sales, contracting and event operations is essential. Good English communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required, together with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and clients.
